Trade Processing Funds Officer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Funds Middle Office & Trade Processing team within the Technology & Operations division at Pictet.
Key Responsibilities- Process and control transactions related to Investment Funds (Pictet and Third Party Mutual and Hedge funds) from various systems.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products, the flows, and the banking systems used.
- Perform different controls linked to the activity.
- Master complex transactions (such as equalisation factors).
- Respond to queries and identify opportunities for improvement.
- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Law, Business, and/or Economics or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the banking industry (experience in a similar position is an asset).
- Fluent in both written and spoken French and English.
- Proficient in MS Office tools.
- Knowledge of Avaloq is an asset.
- Residency in Switzerland is required.

You should be methodical and meticulous in problem-solving and controls, with flexibility in the face of change and an open-minded approach while adhering to procedures. You should be able to work independently while being a good team player.
