Senior Bioprocess Manager

As a Senior Bioprocess Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will be responsible for independently managing, executing, and coordinating technical and process-related projects within the Project Engineering Organization. This role involves performing engineering tasks and supporting construction and commissioning/qualification on Process topics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assure timely delivery of engineering-related activities and documents throughout the entire project life cycle.
- Responsible for scope, budget, safety, quality, and schedule of assigned tasks.
- Revise and develop standards and concepts for process equipment and associated required documentation to be used in future projects.
- Support global engineering & MSAT with facility fit-outs for potential customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or local equivalent in Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in the engineering field, preferably in the pharmaceutical, food, or chemical process industry.
- Functional knowledge of cGMPs and manufacturing operations in FDA-regulated facilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and proficiency in German or another European language.
