Insurance Risk Management Leader with Senior Audit Experience

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Internal Audit Manager to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for leading complex audits of insurance businesses, identifying risks, and providing recommendations for improvement.
About the Role:
- Lead audits of insurance businesses to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage and mentor a team of auditors to ensure delivery of high-quality audit results.
- Identify and mitigate risks to the business, providing recommendations for improvement and monitoring progress.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure our audit processes are current and effective.
Requirements:
- 8+ years' experience in audit or risk management, with a focus on the insurance industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- European passport or Swiss working rights.
