About Our Opportunity

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Pre-Sales Technical Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will work closely with sales representatives in defined territories to support technical aspects of pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Supporting all technical aspects of sales cycles with public customers, including project management and active participation in POCs.
  2. Developing solutions that outperform competitor offerings by listening to and understanding customer technical requirements.
  3. Serving as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners, collaborating closely with sales partners.
  4. Staying up-to-date on Fortinet products and solutions, maintaining a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and evolving threats.
  5. Possessing strong communication skills to effectively position Fortinet solutions to customers through various channels, including whiteboarding, technical papers, and customer discussions.
  6. Effectively managing time when working on multiple deals simultaneously to ensure a positive customer experience.
  7. Maintaining accurate activity, contact, and account information for all customers and prospects in CRM systems.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:
  1. A strong background in security technology, specifically encryption, authentication, and network security.
  2. Experience in a pre-sales engineer role, managing end-to-end technical aspects of deals.
  3. Demonstrated problem-solving skills that have impacted key wins within your current organization.
  4. The ability to build and maintain customer relationships, communicate technically to various stakeholders, and demonstrate a strong understanding of technical concepts.
