We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Manager to join our team at Mettler Toledo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth in assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth in assigned regions
- Work closely with market organizations to implement marketing and sales strategies
- Conduct strategic market assessments and propose recommended actions to address gaps
- Act as primary contact for LabTec with market organizations to win their mindshare and provide business support
- Coordinate and lead collection of regular customer feedback via direct account visits, round tables, and/or from different market organizations
- Plan, coach, and support dealer management in strategic partnerships, contracts, marketing plans, and marketing
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management and team
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in natural science or engineering with at least 5 years of work experience as a Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Dealer Manager or other sales related function
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across different teams with various cultural background
- Good sense for business opportunities as well as entrepreneurial attitude combined with excellent oral and written communication skills in English, German language skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel globally around 20-30%
