Senior Middle Office Origination Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Middle Office team as a Senior Middle Office Origination Specialist.

Main Responsibilities:

* Manage internal and external transformation and development projects related to Middle Office
* Identify areas for process improvements and streamline workflows
* Provide methodological input for development and change activities in terms of PnL and positions
* Serve as a service provider for portfolio owners, creating reports with validation of PnL and positions
* Monitor portfolio structures and its processes behind
* Coordinate and support other units, as well as a controlling function ensuring that directives are met by the Front
* Collaborate with IT teams on system enhancements and implementations
* Create and enhance reports in terms of PnL, Positions, and Cashflows, mainly on PowerBI

Requirements:

* University degree in finance, engineering, data science, or similar
* 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy or finance business, with international scope
* Solid knowledge and understanding of the value chain in the energy sector or commodity market
* Strong project and process management skills
* Strong skills in Python, Power BI, VBA, and data analysis
* Inter-cultural experience
* Proficient in English, French as an advantage
