About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fixed Income Sales/Broker to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our financial services division, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with institutional clients in the fixed income market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and execute trade ideas for fixed income instruments
  • Coverage of institutional fixed income investor base
  • Assist in building out the product and client base for the Fixed Income Desk
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate/financial/sovereign fixed income sales
  • Strong knowledge of the credit markets
  • Previous experience in brokerage companies is a plus
  • Strong existing client relationships and networking
  • Good track record of revenue generation and international experience
  • Willingness to relocate to Switzerland
