We have partnered with a fast-growing asset manager (CHF 1.2bn) in Switzerland looking to hire a high yield credit analyst for their fixed income team.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in Credit Research covering High Yield Corporate sectors & generating trade ideas as a Credit Analyst is a key requirement for this role.

The team is led by a successful PM with a strong track record, and the focus of the role will be on trade idea generation, providing top-down research support, and driving strong investment performance.

The role offers:

  1. Broad sector coverage, while being very close to the investment process in an unconstrained/absolute return investment environment.
  2. High calibre, lean & agile team.
  3. A clear path to risk-taking (PM).
  4. Mentorship from a well-respected senior portfolio manager with a long-term track record.
Requirements:
  1. Preference for candidates with buy-side experience.
  2. Ideally 7+ years of experience in HY Credit Research/leveraged finance, with deep sector expertise.
  3. A degree in economics or a related field from a top-tier university, with excellent academic performance.
  4. Understanding of macroeconomic drivers, including growth, inflation, and monetary policy.
  5. CFA designation (completed or in progress) is an advantage.
  6. Fluency in English is required.
  7. Ability to thrive in a small team environment.
  8. A strong desire to contribute to building a best-in-class investment process.
