About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team at ALSO. As a key player in driving the future of cybersecurity, you will be responsible for conducting projects, preparing inquiries, and providing ongoing technical support to business partners.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales department and Product Manager on current technical issues regarding supported solutions.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to provide expert technical support and guidance to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners to ensure seamless support and service delivery.

Your Profile:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in advanced Security and Enterprise Networking solutions. Your skills and qualifications should include:

  • Technical knowledge of advanced Security and Enterprise Networking solutions.
  • At least 2 years of experience in pre-sales support for the above-mentioned solutions.
  • Ability to read technical and tender documentation.
  • Good knowledge of English (allowing reading technical documentation).
  • Independence and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under time pressure and set priorities.
  • Focused on achieving the set goals.
  • Possession of Cisco technical certificates (e.g. CCNA, CCNP etc.) and others in the field of Security.
  • Knowledge of company solutions, e.g. Cisco, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, etc.
  • Experience in implementing the above-mentioned solutions.
