We are seeking an experienced ICT Technical Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for understanding business objectives and determining appropriate technical solutions.

• Technical Solution Development: Understand business objectives and determine appropriate technical solutions to meet client needs.
• Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with ICT partners and ensure efficient communication to drive project success.
• Documentation and Coordination: Draft technical documents, including descriptions, drawings, or maps, and coordinate with the ICT Technical Solutions Manager and partners to allocate resources and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Technical Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve recurring technical issues to improve service quality.
• Onsite Support: Provide onsite support during events for ICT partners in case of incidents.
• InfoSec Support: Support the InfoSec Team with local audits during events.
• Technical Operations Improvement: Help improve technical operations and the competencies of the technical teams.
• Service Quality Monitoring: Contribute to the continuous improvement of ICT services by monitoring key performance indicators and trends.

• 4+ years of experience in Network Infrastructure development.
• Strong knowledge of Networking and IP transport.
• Familiarity with InfoSec principles and best practices.
• Experience with SLA-based service delivery and operational metrics.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer engagement skills.
• Proven problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Network certification (e.g., CCNP Routing and Switching) is a plus.
• Fluent in English; good level of French.
• Event experience is an advantage.
• Criminal record not older than 3 months.
