ICT Technical Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand business objectives and determine appropriate technical solutions to drive business growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with IT Partners and ensure efficient communication to deliver high-quality services.
  • Draft technical documents, including descriptions, drawings, or maps, to support project delivery.
  • Coordinate with the ICT Technical Solutions Manager and partners to allocate resources and ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Identify and resolve recurring technical issues to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide onsite support during events for IT Partners in case of incidents.
  • Support the InfoSec Team with local audits during events.
  • Help improve technical operations and the competencies of the technical teams to drive business success.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT Services by monitoring key performance indicators and trends.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Network Infrastructure Development.
  • Strong knowledge of Networking and IP Transport.
  • Familiarity with InfoSec Principles and best practices.
  • Experience with SLA-based Service Delivery and operational metrics.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer engagement skills.
  • Proven problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Network Certification (CCNP Routing and Switching) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; good level of French.
  • Event experience is an advantage.
  • Criminal record not older than 3 months.
