Financial Leadership Opportunity at G-20 Group

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Finance to anchor and guide our financial strategies, leveraging expertise in treasury and cash flow management to drive innovation and resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Planning: Collaborate with the executive management team to develop forward-thinking financial strategies that balance innovation and prudence.
  • Process Implementation: Design, structure, and refine financial and cash flow processes to ensure disciplined resource allocation and optimal financial performance.
  • Control and Compliance: Establish a culture of financial integrity by implementing controls and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines relevant to cryptocurrency assets.
  • Coaching and Development: Foster a high-performing team by enriching their financial knowledge and promoting a culture of sound judgment and financial awareness.
  • Treasury Management: Oversee and guide treasury functions to maintain liquidity while optimizing financial assets for G-20 Group.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate insightful financial reports to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior financial roles, with a strong focus on treasury and cash flow management.
  • Proficiency in navigating the financial dynamics of the cryptocurrency markets is a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience in a startup environment with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Demonstrable experience in financial modeling and analytics.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record in coaching and developing high-performing teams.
