Your Role:
  • You will join our Operational Risk department as part of the Risk unit.
  • Your key responsibilities will include designing and preparing risk management reports for the group's governance bodies.
  • You will oversee operational risk incidents and issues, ensuring timely and high-quality capture, reporting, and follow-up.
  • You will participate in reviewing RCSA exercises and maintaining the groupwide GRC tool.
  • You will support the development and maintenance of operational risk management policies and procedures.
  • You will ensure effective collaboration with other control functions and representatives of the business.
  • You will engage in ad-hoc projects led by the group risk management function or as a risk representative on projects led by other functions/business areas.
Your Profile:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operational risks management in a banking environment, ideally with experience in a control function (risk, audit, compliance).
  • Superlative attention to detail, with experience in management Information and reporting essential.
  • Flexible attitude with ability to multi-task and adjust to changing needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Team player, can work with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned activities.
  • Strong working knowledge, both orally and in writing, of French and English.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Resident in Switzerland.
