**Your role**
- Are you a people’s person? Do you know how to stay calm and focused under pressure?
- We’re looking for a client account manager to:
- work hand in hand with Client and Investment advisors in delivering outstanding client service and experience
- be one of the main entry point for clients for order processing, account openings and account maintenance
- assist in all administrative tasks and organizational matters in relation to client inquiries, investment and operational aspects
- carry out daily transaction processing, market trading, subscriptions, and asset transfers
- support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals, and organisation of beauty contests for key growth cases
- ensure that client accounts comply with business and regulatory requirements by liaising with risk, legal, and compliance teams

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Client Service Team (CST) Iberia in Geneva. As a Client account manager, you’ll be responsible for providing flawless support to Client advisors in providing high quality investment advice to wealthy individuals in Spanish and Portuguese markets. You’ll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.

**Your expertise**
- banking experience (apprenticeship and/or banking traineeship) or alternatively a university degree in a related discipline
- experience in a similar role dealing with private clients and supporting client advisors
- flawless attention to detail, even under pressure
- curiosity and willingness to go the extra mile
- team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities
- works with absolute discretion, tactfulness and adaptability to changing demands
- excellent organization and communication skills
- professional in Portuguese and English. Spanish would be an advantage
