Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of our 5-year roadmap in partnership with our Ingredients leadership team.
  • Identify and facilitate value creation opportunities, such as cost optimization, pricing strategy, portfolio optimization, innovation, and adjacencies.
  • Ensure alignment of initiatives with our overall business strategy and monitor performance in coordination with other functions.
  • Support strategic thinking about future developments across our functions.
  • Contribute to high-priority, high-stake projects via coordination, financial modeling, development of strategic tools, or analytic support.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in top consulting firms and/or corporate strategy.
  • Proven experience in business/corporate strategy, M&A and integration, business development, and entrepreneurship.
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with business and financial acumen.
  • Fluent in French (C2) and English (C2).
