Talent Acquisition and Professional Development Manager

At Teoxane SA, we are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing learning programs that support our employees' growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Program Design and Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with our Talent Management Strategy.
- LMS Management: Manage and optimize our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure effective delivery of training programs.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization.
- Training Delivery: Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with HR Business partners and department heads to create tailored development plans for employees.
- External Partnerships: Identify and work with external training providers and consultants to deliver specialized training programs.
- Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary.
- Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of all training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
- A Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development is essential.
- You should possess strong technical skills to effectively implement and deliver eLearning courses, including proficiency in multimedia development tools, eLearning authoring tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and how SCORM packages work.
- BASIC PROFICIENCY IN GRAPHIC DESIGN AND THE ABILITY TO LEVERAGE VISUAL DESIGN, AUDIO RECORDING, AND VIDEO PRODUCTION TOOLS TO CREATE APPEALING AND EFFECTIVE MULTIMEDIA AND INTERACTIVE ELEMENTS FOR E-LEARNING COURSES IS REQUIRED.
- You should have STRONG WRITING SKILLS TO CREATE CONCISE AND CLEAR CONTENT / ACTIVITIES.
- Familiarity with learning theory/andragogy principles is essential.
- You should be able to TROUBLESHOOT TECHNICAL ISSUES AND PROBLEMS AND IDENTIFY WAYS TO IMPROVE THE FUNCTIONALITY, USER EXPERIENCE (UX), AND USER INTERFACE (UI) DESIGN OF THE E-LEARNING COURSE.
- An understanding of Talent Management and digital transformation strategies is required.
- You should possess EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND PRESENTATION SKILLS.
- Certification in Learning & Development or related fields is a plus.
- Psihometric assessment accreditations (e.g. Insights discovery) is a plus.
- A fluency in English (C1) is required and French mother tongue is preferred.
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
