About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Global Talent Acquisition Leader to join our International Talent Management team. In this role, you will contribute to the overall strategy and objectives of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive global talent management activities, collaborating closely with Senior Talent Acquisition teams to build and monitor talent pipelines with internal and external candidates.
- Provide guidance and coaching to employees and managers on international talent mobilities.
- Lead key talents projects at international level for regions, serving as a point of contact for Richemont on several initiatives.
- Onboard HR and Manager community on Talent Management topics in your area of responsibility.
- Collaborate with HR people and data analytics to use and provide talent data as an asset to drive missions of talent strategy.
- SUPPORT YOUR TEAM IN PRIORITIZING AND COORDINATING THEIR MISSIONS AND OVERSEE THE DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR SKILLS.
Expected Salary Range: €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Travel to different regions of the world is expected.
