What will you do?
We believe that our success depends on the talent of our employees. As a Talent Manager, you will be responsible for the entire selection process, including recruitment, onboarding, and career development of our consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire selection process, including calls, physical interviews, and recruitment
- Develop and implement career paths for our consultants, including training and certification
- Provide communication and feedback to candidates and internal management
- Ensure the relevance between candidates and current open positions
- Assess training and coaching needs to improve effectiveness and design career plans
- Coordinate and follow up with the Barcelona team
- Develop a local HR action plan that aligns with global principles and business plans
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks related to the company's life and internal projects
Required Profile:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who shares our corporate values and can promote close relationships with our customers and internal teams.
