Senior Research Scientist Translational Research Endocrine Tumors

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and conduct translational research experiments, including multiple drug testing in 2D and 3D cell culture, human tumor primary culture, cell proliferation/viability/apoptosis/migration assays, xenograft mouse models, Western blot, PCR, RT-PCR, cloning, ELISA, histology, immunostaining, and fluorescence-microscopy.
- Collaborate with the research team to develop and execute research plans, and contribute to the interpretation of results.
- Maintain accurate records of experiments, data, and results, and ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and safety guidelines.
- Participate in research group meetings and seminars to discuss research progress and outcomes.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, and participate in the management of laboratory inventory.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Practical experience in basic methods of biology and histology, including cell culture, tumor primary culture, Western blot, PCR, RT-PCR, ELISA, histology, immunostaining, and fluorescence-microscopy.
- Familiarity with animal experiments and their management.
- Basic knowledge of seahorse and next-generation sequencing technologies.
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic research environment.
