Job Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Account Manager for the Public Sector at a senior level. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be part of a dynamic team that fosters collaboration, innovation, and professional development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Be the main point of contact for your customers, supported by a talented team of senior account managers, solution engineers, and a dedicated ecosystem focused on customer centricity in the public sector.
  • Own a territory and be responsible for increasing our footprint, building larger deals, and helping us maintain our market leader position.
  • Lead as a BMC brand ambassador, building trust and confidence with customers, partners, and colleagues through integrity and professionalism.
Key Qualifications:
  • You will have demonstrated the ability to work effectively as a team member, providing team-on-team leadership and orchestrating internal and external resources needed to manage the sales process.
  • Bring knowledge of the public sector market and experience working in Switzerland.
  • Have a strong understanding of pipeline, business practices, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
