Business Growth Strategist for Corporate Customers

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in driving growth and revenue in the Swiss market. You will be responsible for generating revenue from Records Management, Secure Destruction, and Document Management Services, as well as commercially managing tenders, retenders, and price negotiations across nominated accounts.

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong background and proven experience in new business hunting, as well as the ability to quickly learn new products and sales processes. Fluency in German and English is essential for this position.

Main Objectives

Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual targets

Develop and drive the strategy for growth across nominated target customers and prospects

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs

Requirements

Proven track record of success in sales development and business growth

Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills

Strong interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills

Ability to influence and negotiate
