Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled International Marketing Administration & Procurement Manager to join our Marketing Department at Swatch Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the marketing procurement, logistics, and administration functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet marketing needs, including sourcing high-quality products such as furniture, gifts with purchase, and visual displays.
  • Oversee the procurement process from sourcing to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining quality standards.
  • Stay informed on market trends to identify new opportunities and innovations for procurement strategies.
  • Manage logistics and supply chain operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to marketing and event sites.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure optimal transportation solutions for delivering marketing materials and assets.
  • Develop and manage the procurement and logistics budget, ensuring cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing administration and procurement or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement practices, logistics management, supplier relationships, and negotiation techniques.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with others.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw relevant conclusions.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve high performance.
Language

Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
