We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our dynamic F&B team at FIVE Zürich Switzerland. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverage experiences for our guests, while maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines to our guests
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including tables, tools, and supplies
- Upsell and promote our signature drinks and specials to guests
- Document and communicate any incidents or accidents to management
- Requisition supplies and transport them to the bar area as needed
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs to management
- Adhere to all service standards and FIVE policies
- Previous bartending experience of 1-2 years
- Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and beverages
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Positive outlook and outgoing personality
- Swiss work permit holder or EU ID/Passport holder
