About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Cafeteria & Stewarding Attendant to join our culinary team at FIVE Zürich Switzerland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and setup of our employee cafeteria, serving food, assisting guests, and handling ticket collection. Your friendly service and welcoming attitude will help create a warm atmosphere that encourages our guests to return.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and setup of our employee cafeteria, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Serve food and assist guests, providing excellent customer service and handling ticket collection efficiently.
  • Support in the dishwashing area to ensure all items are clean and ready for use, maintaining high hygiene standards.
  • Provide friendly service to our guests and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that encourages them to return.
  • Assist colleagues at the café bar when needed, ensuring seamless service and a positive experience for our guests.
  • Maintain and organize the coffee machines, salad bar, and snack display, ensuring a visually appealing and well-stocked area.
  • Help with meeting room service in the office building, providing a convenient and efficient service to our guests.
Requirements
  • Hands-on approach with a 'can-do' work attitude.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional services with passion.
  • Good level of English, German is a plus.
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Perfect grooming, always on a neat and tidy appearance.
  • Ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership of all duties and tasks assigned.
