Night Receptionist

The Radisson Hotel and Suites Zurich is seeking a skilled Night Receptionist to join our team. As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will process all guest arrivals, including confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys. You will also handle all payments, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, and credit. Additionally, you will answer and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.

Other responsibilities include supplying guests with directions and information regarding the property and local areas of interest. You will also run daily reports, identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy. Furthermore, you will complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system, count bank at the beginning and end of shift, balance and drop receipts according to accounting specifications.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key.
• Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
• Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
• Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy.
• Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system. Count bank at the beginning and end of shift. Balance and drop receipts according to accounting specifications.
