Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at FIVE Zürich Switzerland. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency are consistently met.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective culinary strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Conduct regular inventory management and ordering to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in senior culinary management roles in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional food quality, presentation, and customer service.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts, or equivalent experience.
