Global Marketing Manager Kiddylicious Job Description

In this challenging role, you will be responsible for developing the Kiddylicious brand globally, aligning with the Natural Foods Growth Model. As the brand owner at a global level, you will initiate and develop assets to build the brand's memory structure.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Based in Baar, Switzerland, you will build strong working relationships with the brand's home base in the UK, gaining an in-depth understanding of the origin and DNA of the brand.
  • You will lead the Kiddylicious innovation team and be responsible for developing the innovation strategy for the brand.
  • To ensure successful implementation, you will take the lead in facilitating a single-minded view on the Kiddylicious brand across the entire organization, providing colleagues in countries with communication tools.
  • You will champion growth in line with the Kiddylicious Growth Model, focusing on distribution & visibility, range, innovation, price and promo, e-comm and media.
  • You will stimulate passion for the brand, resulting in strong launch plans for new markets and successful activation strategies in existing markets.

Requirements:

  • You must have a relevant academic background, preferably a Master's degree in a business-focused field. Additional qualifications in marketing are considered an asset.
  • You should have a personal affinity with healthy snacking, allowing you to bring passion and commitment to the products.
  • You should combine a hands-on attitude with a curiosity to learn, and the talent to think strategically and drive results on both short and long-term.
  • Fluency in English is a must, and you should feel at ease in a multicultural and quickly changing environment, where you can collaborate and communicate on all levels.
