Global Marketing Director

Key Responsibilities:
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the Kiddylicious brand strategy worldwide. As the brand owner at a global level, you will work closely with the brand's home base in the UK to ensure a deep understanding of the brand's origin and DNA.
- Lead the Kiddylicious innovation team and develop the innovation strategy for the brand.
- Facilitate a single-minded view of the Kiddylicious brand across the entire organization.
- Develop and implement effective communication tools to fuel the growth of Kiddylicious.
- Champion growth in line with the Kiddylicious Growth Model, focusing on distribution & visibility, range, innovation, price and promo, e-comm and media.
- Collaborate with local teams to stimulate a passion for the brand, resulting in strong launch plans for new markets and successful activation strategies in existing markets.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a relevant academic background in a business-focused field, with a Master's degree being a plus. You should have a personal affinity with healthy snacking and be able to bring passion and commitment to the table. Additionally, you will need to combine a hands-on attitude with a curiosity to learn, and the talent to think strategically and drive results on both short and long-term.
Fluency in English is a must, and you should feel at ease in a multicultural and quickly changing environment. You will be able to collaborate and communicate on all levels, and have a talent for building trust and confidence within your stakeholders.
