Head of MSAT BioAtrium Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of process experts for mammalian manufacturing within the BioAtrium, ensuring all aspects of human resource management are met.
  • Manage resource and vacation planning to ensure timely fulfillment of production orders.
  • Implement a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and openness to change within the BioAtrium.
  • Lead MSAT-related aspects as a member of the BioAtrium Operations Leadership Team.
  • Manage interfaces with various groups related to MSAT topics.
  • Control cost center and identify cost reduction measures to optimize efficiency.
  • Represent the facility during inspections and audits as a subject matter expert.
  • Support business development through evaluation and customer meeting support.
  • Plan and supervise MSAT activities for successful process transfer and quality delivery.
  • Develop continuous improvement programs to reduce costs and increase productivity.
  • Support department goals and strategy development within the BioAtrium Leadership team.
  • Execute people management activities, including training, development, and retention.
  • Ensure excellent communication and interaction with customers during tech transfer and campaign execution.
  • Represent MSAT during regulatory inspections and customer audits.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree; PhD preferred.
  • More than 10 years of experience in biopharma manufacturing or process development.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and GMP experience.
  • Structured, focused, and well-organized working attitude.
  • Fluent in English.
