Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of specialists in mammalian production within the BioAtrium, managing all facets of personnel administration.
  • Accountable for resource allocation and leave scheduling, ensuring prompt execution of production schedules.
  • Foster the BioAtrium ethos through collaboration, ongoing enhancement, and adaptability.
  • Guide MSAT initiatives as a key member of the BioAtrium Operations Leadership Team.
  • Coordinate with various departments on MSAT-related matters.
  • Manage budgetary aspects, identifying and executing cost-saving strategies.
  • Act as the subject matter expert during facility inspections and audits.
  • Assist in business growth by evaluating opportunities and supporting client engagements.
  • Plan and oversee MSAT functions to ensure effective process transitions and quality outcomes.
  • Develop programs aimed at continuous improvement for cost efficiency and productivity enhancement.
  • Contribute to departmental objectives and strategic planning within the BioAtrium Leadership team.
  • Conduct personnel management tasks, including training, development, and employee retention.
  • Ensure exceptional communication and collaboration with clients during technology transfers and project execution.
  • Represent MSAT during regulatory evaluations and client audits.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree; PhD is advantageous.
  • Over a decade of experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing or process engineering.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, strong communication skills, and familiarity with GMP standards.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and methodical approach to work.
  • Proficient in English.
