Head ROC Test Manager

Program Overview
The ROC program is a multi-year initiative at CH10 - BJB Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd. aimed at creating a harmonized global target operating model, addressing scalability and efficiency while reducing unnecessary complexities.
As part of this program, the Head ROC Test Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of test management activities.
Key Responsibilities- Test Strategy and Planning
- Develop and maintain the ROC test strategy and test governance in line with the bank's test strategy
- Select and implement appropriate test tools and technologies
- Test Design and Execution
- Define test scenarios, test data, and test cases for business process end-to-end tests
- Create and maintain test plans in coordination with the business responsible and delivery units
- Program Level Coordination and Management
- Communicate test requirements and results to stakeholders
- Coordinate end-to-end tests across all sub-projects
- Quality Assurance
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of test processes and methods
- Identify and manage risks associated with test activities
- Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of test methods, techniques, and processes
- Experience with test management tools
- Analytical Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Business Acumen
- Good basic understanding of banking business, products, and key processes
- Management and Leadership Skills
- Several years of experience in managing test teams and projects
- Strong project management and resource planning skills
- Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
