At CH10 - BJB Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Management Lead to join our ROC program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the test strategy and governance for the program.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain the ROC test strategy and test governance framework
- Define and implement test processes, methods, and standards for the program
- Coordinate and manage test activities across all delivery units
- Ensure the availability and consistency of test data for end-to-end testing
- Plan and manage test environments to align and synchronize between delivery units
- Monitor and report on test progress and results across all delivery projects
- Strong knowledge of test methods, techniques, and processes
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, X-RAY)
- Understanding of test automation and related tools (e.g., Selenium, Pactflow)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a minimum of 3 years in a multi-project / complex program leadership role
