ROC Test Management Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Management professional to lead our ROC Test Management team. As Head of Test Management for the ROC Program, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the test strategy and governance for the program, ensuring that our test processes and methods are aligned with the bank's standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Strategy and Planning: Develop, maintain, and implement the ROC test strategy and test governance for the program based on the bank's test strategy.
  • Test Design and Execution: Define Test Scenarios, Test Data, and Test Cases for business process end-to-end tests across all delivery units, striving for efficiency and synergies with a focus on test case re-use and test automation.
  • Program Level Coordination and Management: Communicate test requirements and results to stakeholders, coordinate end-to-end tests across all sub-projects, and ensure the availability and consistency of test data for end-to-end testing.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews and audits of test processes and methods, monitor the usage and effectiveness of deployed test tools, and ensure compliance with testing standards and best practices.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of test methods, techniques, and processes, experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, X-RAY), and understanding of test automation and related tools (e.g., Selenium, Pactflow).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities, ability to understand and structure complex technical and procedural relationships.
  • Business Acumen: Good basic understanding of banking business, products, and key processes.
  • Management and Leadership Skills: Several years of experience in managing test teams and projects, experience in coordinating multi-project programs, and strong project management and resource planning skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders at different levels.
