We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Casserolier (m/w) to join our kitchen team at Le Grand Bellevue. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our kitchen, operating and maintaining our dishwashing machines, and disposing of waste regularly.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our kitchen, including all surfaces, countertops, and floors.
  • Dishwashing and Cleaning Equipment: Operate and maintain the dishwashing machines, ensuring they are always in good working order.
  • Waste Disposal: Regularly dispose of waste and empty bins to maintain a clean and tidy environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: We require someone with first-hand experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant environment.
  • HACCP Knowledge: You must have knowledge of HACCP principles and be able to apply them in practice.
  • Teamwork and Responsibility: Enjoy working as part of an international team and take pride in your work, maintaining a high level of tidiness and organization.
