Dishwasher Assistant

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Casserolier (m/w) to join our team at Le Grand Bellevue, a luxurious hotel in Gstaad. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining Kitchen Cleanliness: Ensure that all kitchen surfaces, countertops, and floors are clean and hygienic at all times.
• Dishwashing and Cleaning Equipment: Operate and maintain the dishwashing machines, ensuring they are always in good working order.
• Waste Disposal: Regularly dispose of waste and empty bins to maintain a clean and tidy environment.

Requirements:

• Previous Experience: We require someone with first-hand experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant environment.
• HACCP Knowledge: You must have knowledge of HACCP principles and be able to apply them in practice.
• Teamwork and Responsibility: Enjoy working as part of an international team and take pride in your work, maintaining a high level of tidiness and organization.
