We are looking forward welcoming a new team member for the position : RESERVATION AGENT TLNT1_CH KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Professional telephone and written acceptance Processing of reservation requests Active room and voucher sales Creation of offers Maintaining the guest database Guest service in three languages (d/f/e) as well as the associated correspondence QUALIFICATION & SKILLS At least two years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry, ideally in the reservation area Good oral and written language skills (d/f/e) Good computer and MS Office skills Ideally Opera knowledge (Opera Cloud) Guest-oriented, professional work and sales talent WHY JOINING LE GRAND BELLEVUE Working at Le Grand Bellevue means becoming part of a team that prides itself on delivering a genuine and authentic service amidst the stunning beauty of the Swiss Alps.
