Floor Supervisor Housekeeping (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- Compliance with hotel-specific standards and quality management
- Daily detailed inspection of suites and rooms on the assigned floors
- Introduction and training of employees regarding standards, thorough cleanliness and work processes
- Supervision and control of housekeeping staff
- Management of the daily turn-down service (couverture)
- Allocation of amenities on the floors
- Allocation of cleaning and work equipment for all employees
- Acting as a role model for subordinate employees
Your profile
- Vocational training as a hotel manager or housekeeping manager
- Apprenticeship graduates are welcome
- Very good knowledge of the work processes in the area of responsibility
- Leadership qualities and good communication skills
- Eye for detail
- Language skills in D, E (any other language an advantage)
- Regardless of age: what counts are your qualifications, passion and enjoyment of the job
