We are looking forward welcoming a new team member for the position : RESERVATION AGENT TLNT1_CH KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Professional telephone and written acceptance Processing of reservation requests Active room and voucher sales Creation of offers Maintaining the guest database Guest service in three languages (d/f/e) as well as the associated correspondence QUALIFICATION SKILLS At least two years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry, ideally in the reservation area Good oral and written language skills (d/f/e) Good computer and MS Office skills Ideally Opera knowledge (Opera Cloud) Guest-oriented, professional work and sales talent WHY JOINING LE GRAND BELLEVUE Working at Le Grand Bellevue means becoming part of a team that prides itself on delivering a genuine and authentic service amidst the stunning beauty of the Swiss Alps.
