Dedicated Administrative Support Specialist for CIO

We are seeking a highly skilled and efficient Executive Assistant to support our Chief Information Officer (CIO) during a maternity leave period. This is an urgent temporary position requiring immediate availability.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks.
Responsibilities- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CIO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication: Handle all incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CIO, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Project Support: Assist with various projects and initiatives led by the CIO, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the CIO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office organization.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
CHF 60,000 - CHF 80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
