Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Geneva. The successful candidate will perform a range of administrative tasks, including correspondence, document preparation, and information management. They will also provide logistical support for meetings and events, as well as maintain office supplies and equipment.
Main Responsibilities:- Perform various office support tasks, such as typing, formatting, and proofreading documents.
- Manage the organizational unit's communication channels, including emails, phone calls, and meetings.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and welcome visitors to meeting rooms.
- Process routine transactions in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
- Maintain and update information and records management systems, including filing systems and databases.
To be considered for this position, applicants must have at least four years of relevant experience and a strong command of French and English. They should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
