Administrative Support Specialist for a Leading Law Firm in Geneva

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Schellenberg Wittmer in Geneva. This role involves providing high-quality administrative support to our lawyers, ensuring the smooth operation of our practice group.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a Federal Certificate of Proficiency in Commercial Business (CFC) and several years of experience as an assistant in a challenging environment. Fluency in French and English is essential, with excellent spelling skills in both languages. Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, such as Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, is also required.
The successful candidate will be well-organized, rigorous, and precise, with a positive attitude and strong client focus. They will have a good sense of anticipation and be a team player, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Manage clients' files from opening new mandates to archiving;
- Type and draft correspondence, proofread, and prepare presentations;
- Prepare and produce large legal documents, including formatting and layout;
- Organize business trips, meetings, and conferences;
- Interact with clients, third-parties, and authorities;
- Participate in billing and collection tasks as needed.

The estimated annual salary for this position is CHF 60,000 - CHF 80,000 depending on experience.
