LALIVE, an international law firm based in Switzerland, seeks a skilled Recruitment and HR Administrator to join its dynamic HR team. This role provides administrative support for the entire employee life cycle, including recruitment processes across offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance in recruitment processes, including reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Prepare and post job adverts, as well as assist with contract preparation and onboarding procedures.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with firm policies and legal requirements.
  • Monitor and coordinate holiday requests, working hours, and other HR-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Commercial education or equivalent. Swiss HR certificate advantageous.
  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or a law firm environment.
  • Rigorous organisational skills, with ability to prioritise and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent written and oral English, French, and German language proficiency.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
