We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at Cycas Hospitality. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all reservations requests, changes, and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Identify guest needs and determine the most suitable room type to meet their requirements.
  • Explain and sell room categories and prices to guests, ensuring maximum revenue is achieved.
  • Answer questions about property facilities, services, and room accommodations, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue and meet sales targets.
  • Escalate guest concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive outcome.
  • Support the team to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards, ensuring a high level of service is maintained.

Requirements:

  • Preferred knowledge of Radisson and experience with the Emma PMS system.
  • Experience in front office or reservations.
  • Enthusiasm and a true team player.
  • Service-oriented and strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and efficient.
  • A valid residence and working permit for Switzerland.
  • English and German speaking.
