Fluent German and English (spoken and in writing) are required for this role.

Working in Switzerland

A Swiss B permit or EU citizenship (Shengen) is necessary.

Your Tasks

  • Leading the "At Your Service" team.
  • Independent work on the switchboard in a small team.
  • Individual processing of various guest requests on the phone, by email, or via mobile chat.
  • Looking after guests at the business center.
  • Forwarding corresponding requests to the appropriate department as the "heart of the house".
  • Guest correspondence in German and English.
  • Maintenance of internal hotel systems and programs.
  • Maintenance of our Guest Experience Platform.
  • Acceptance and booking of room service orders.
  • Processing guest inquiries in cooperation with reception and concierge.

Your Profile

  • You have completed an apprenticeship in the upscale hotel industry or have completed hotel management school.
  • You are organized and structured and enjoy communicating in fluent German and English.
  • You are resilient and a team player.
  • Advanced IT skills.
  • You have an independent and very guest-oriented way of working.
  • Your head is full of ideas and creativity.
  • You are ready to give your best.
