Key Responsibilities- Office Organization and Administration: Maintain a positive and professional attitude to keep the office organized and running smoothly.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to employees, including tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Reception and Communication: Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Procurement and Inventory Management: Purchase office supplies and equipment, and maintain proper stock levels to ensure a smooth operation.
- Service Provider Management: Oversee the service providers, including couriers, cleaning services, facility management, and health and safety consultants.
- Reporting and Presentations: Create presentations and other management-level reports to support business decisions.
- Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and efficient operation.
- Health and Safety: Manage health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Event Planning: Plan and organize various meetings, conferences, and other events to support business objectives.

- Ability to prioritize projects and resolve problems independently.
