KOL Partnership Specialist

The dYdX Foundation seeks an innovative Affiliate & KOL Manager to lead the growth and success of our Marketing team. In this role, you'll drive data-driven marketing efforts in collaboration with the Business Development (BD) team. Your primary objective will be to significantly increase the Affiliate Program's referred trading volume and new users.
Affiliate Program Expansion:
- Develop a comprehensive strategy to expand the Affiliate Program's reach.
- Create engaging marketing campaigns tailored for Affiliates and KOLs.
- Collaborate with BD to identify and onboard high-impact Affiliates and partners.
KOL Engagement Strategy:
- Nurture relationships with KOLs to amplify program visibility.
- Work with Agencies to manage impactful KOLs.
- Evaluate alignment between KOL initiatives and Affiliate growth objectives.
Data-Driven Insights:
- Analyze Affiliate Program metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Monitor campaign performance and track KPIs.
Essential Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing and growing Affiliate and KOL Programs in the crypto space.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and analytics platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with actionable insights.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and experience managing partnerships.
