Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Global Compensation and Mobility Expert to join our team at Michael Page. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in global compensation and mobility, ensuring compliance with international policies while driving business success.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the annual merit and bonus process for senior management, including the collection of recommendations, consolidation for review, and communication of approvals. Additionally, you will generate reports for the annual compensation process, track deferred compensation, and provide ad-hoc reporting as needed. Your analytical skills will be instrumental in managing large datasets and presenting findings, comparisons, and recommendations in a concise and user-friendly format for Head of HR, HRBPs, Reward, and business stakeholders.

You will administer and maintain the global compensation database, working closely with key HR contacts and stakeholders to ensure all information is up-to-date in the global HRIS and compensation management system. Your expertise will also encompass the entire global mobility process, ensuring compliance with global policies by providing support for all stakeholders, including cost of living analysis, coordination of compensation packages, and execution of contracts and supporting documents. Furthermore, you will administer global benefit programs, including the global pension plan, and assist with the administration and management of the employee stock plan.

In this role, you will provide guidance and support for the design, implementation, and administration of company-wide global compensation policies and processes. You will also support the job evaluation process, guide managers and HR in validating job gradings, and assist with the maintenance of our job architecture. Additionally, you will conduct global market analysis, compensation benchmarking, and surveys to ensure the company remains competitive and broadly comparable in each country for acquiring and retaining talent.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in finance, accounting, human resources, or general business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in analysis and administration of groupwide compensation programs and processes, as well as experience in external market data benchmarking and sources, including job evaluation methodologies, pay elements, and survey submissions. Strong analytical and research skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail are essential. Experience in creating, manipulating, reporting, and modeling large sets of data quickly and in various formats for intended audiences is also required. Ability to work effectively and independently, as well as being a team player with a positive and entrepreneurial attitude, is crucial.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, human resources, or general business is required. Excellent advanced MS Excel skills, SAP SuccessFactors, and Power BI knowledge are highly appreciated. Strong verbal and written communications skills in English are essential, with French, Spanish, Portuguese, or any other language being an asset.

What We Offer:

Competitive salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
