Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to work in our Landquart outlet store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a positive and engaging store environment.

Your duties will include:

  • Selling our premium collections through excellent customer service and expert advice in a clean and inviting atmosphere
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets as well as implementing sales strategies
  • Built-in-customer loyalty by creating long-lasting relationships
  • Supporting the implementation of all Visual Merchandising guidelines and merchandise maintenance
  • Supporting cash handling activities
  • Compliance with all given guidelines and processes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Completed training in the textile retail industry or comparable education
  • Experience in the beauty and fashion industry is advantageous
  • At least two years of retail experience
  • Dynamism and motivational personality who can transfer their passion for our brand and products to customers and colleagues
  • Proactive behavior, sense of urgency, and willingness
  • Polished appearance and friendly-professional interaction with our customers and colleagues
  • Fluency in German and English; proficiency in Chinese, Arabic, Russian, Dutch is beneficial
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is CHF 55,000 - 65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
