Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Elevator Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a critical role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Maintain and repair elevators, escalators, and moving walkways to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Conduct regular inspections and diagnostic tests to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to optimize equipment performance and extend its lifespan.
- Provide top-notch customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of success as an elevator technician, with expertise in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
