The Position

This multi-faceted role offers exciting responsibilities, requiring you to work directly with the Chief Digital Technology Office (CDTO) and Informatics leadership teams.

You will provide analysis and drive forward strategic initiatives in Informatics and beyond, delivering high-quality information on-time.

  1. Conduct thorough research and present well-prepared presentations on topics requested by the CDTO.
  2. Gather and interpret large amounts of information, presenting it in a concise, accurate manner for the CDTO's use.
  3. Coordinate presentations and cross-functional projects, structuring and managing initiatives sponsored by the CDTO.
  4. Prepare content for external events and visits of the CDTO, as well as internal events pertaining to Informatics and other departments.
  5. Identify opportunities and strategic topics of interest to the CDTO, applying your experience in healthcare to develop strategic initiatives across divisions and units.
  6. Apply fact-based reasoning for all projects in the CDTO office, considering the holistic outcome for Roche.

Your success is based on prior knowledge of the healthcare sector and pharmaceutical industry, coupled with great communication skills, a strategic mindset, self-drive, and ability to engage with people at all levels of the organization.
